Hey CIA!
Nat and I are trying something new this year. I know that everyone has different schedules and it can be difficult to come to pusher workouts at the times we have them, so we will be posting work outs here so you can do them on your own to prepare for race day! I am going to be in the gym in the UC at 15:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Nat will be in Skibo gym at 12:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first workout will be on Tuesday, January 28th. I will post this in the Google Calendar so that you never need to wonder when they are. Since I am not going to have a workout tomorrow, I'll post one on here. If you ever don't know how to do an exercise feel free to email me with any questions.
