Do 2 sets of 20 for each exercise.
- Side Crunches (each side)
- Supermans
- Crunches
- Leg Raises
- Flutter kicks
- 1 Minute Plank (only do this once or twice)
- Cross Crunches
- Bicycle Crunches
- Turtles
